We put the little known yet powerful tool to use, which was to increase the BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) of these men and women who didn't allow us the luxury of time and energy.

So, what is BMR and how can it help with weight loss? BMR is the amount of of calories your body burns to function at rest. It is influenced by a few things such as your lean muscle mass, sleep, nutrition, activity and stress level.

By the end of it, the most significant breakthrough these men and women had were not just in the area of body weight and shapes, they also gained newfound strength and resilience in other areas of their lives. And that's what great coaches can do for the life of someone, not just the body.

what to focus on! As shown in the chart, your BMR takes up 70% of the total energy expenditure in a day whereas...

Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (EAT) which is how much you burn during a workout... only takes up 5%!

 When is the program starting and how long will it run for?

It will be 8 weeks in total. Starting from the 5th March all the way till 2nd May. Are you ready?

 Where is the program going to be carried out?

The training sessions will take place in our studio located in Publika, Mont Kiara 3x per week

 How long  will each training session be?

It will be 50 minutes per training session with your coach.

 Do i need to be fit to join this program?

Not at all. In fact this program was created for unfit people who are 10kg+ overweight.

 I have/had bodily pain/health issues, can I still join?

With our help, numerous clients have overcome aches and pain and even surprised their doctors with the improved health conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure. However, a green light from your doctor is vital and we are well versed when it comes to working with medical professionals (also include physiotherapists, chiropractors, physical therapists)

 What happens if I don't achieve my result through this program?
